I don't know of any shore diving. I've heard there's great snorkeling at Coral Gardens. Caicos Adventures will pick you up at the hotel.

Coral Gardens does have good snorkelling, but it will be VERY disappointing compared to the real diving in Provo. Still, it's better than nothing. We walked there along the beach from our hotel to check it out, and saw a bunch of sea turtles, and a sting ray, as well as lots of coral. If that's all you're going to be able to do, it definitely beats out any of the other resorts I heard about. However, you REALLY don't want to miss out on the real diving.

I didn't stay there, so I can't tell you much about the rooms, but from the people we talked to, they seemed to like it.
