Hi every body ,

I have a lot of trouble from my ears during equalization I used to do freedive and spearfishing but max. depth is 10 meter even though my BH is 3 mins ,that because of my ear ,every dive will be ended in ENT clinic and the middle ear full of mucus only on the right side and seldom in the left ,I have tried vented DOC ear plug but the results wasn't good (it pop out and accumulate the water and make both middle ear closed) I have tried claritin but nothing ,I tried 4 ENT specialist and Recently my doctor asked to CT scan my nasal and in the report they wrote (turbinates are seen to be hypertrophied more on the Lt side ,concha bullosa is seen on the Lt side ) ,I asked my doctor if I have that on my left side why the problem in the right ear? I think it should be balance !! Now I have to take a decision to do Turbinate Reduction Surgery . does anyone have advice or have same experiment ?
