But, I'm up 1 # this week. Not bad after the holiday weekend and 3 b-b-q's. Actually, considering that I've been really trying hard and sticking ot my program the last 3 weeks and just maintaining, I thought that i'd be up more than 1 # after blowing it this weekend, so i'm not too disappointed. Just going to look at what i'm doing and try again starting today.
