So close I can smell it! Down 2.5# for the week. Ran/walked in the area law firm x-c race and finished dead-last, but I was able to run a good chunk of the 4.7 miles. Good to see the cardiovascular is improving. I refuse to be last next year though. Hope everyone else is doing fine.

Down 2lbs to 173. That's made up for last week's gain. This is like extracting teeth...lol At least I have conquered the early dark morning syndrome - 4am wake up to go diving on Sunday makes getting up at 6 easy now.
 
Feeling pretty good today - made my goal of 2 pounds per week. Let's see if I can keep it up. :)

Well I missed last week and was away at a conference for work and was really bad! I am up 2.5# so I'm sitting at 195.5# right now.

Gotta get some excersize in!!!

I've had losses the last 3 weeks so I think the plateau is finally broken!

Wow, 80 pounds - I'm really impressed! I hope I can say that one day. :)

It's great to watch everyone's losses build up like this; definitely encouraging. We can do it!!!
 
Up 1# to 232, although i have been working out more i think it might be me regaining some of the muscle lost sitting around the house during all these hurricanes - aiming for a negative next week! Still sitting kind of pretty at 18 down from the first weigh in, but not as good as 225 just over two months ago.
 
Well, I've lost off the bits i've gained during this plateau, so I'm back to my "low" weight again. I'm feeling pretty psyched this week, though, and there aren't too many forseeable temptations in my plans this week, so i'm hoping to break beyond it for next week's weigh in!
