Down 1.5# for the week! Finally, new progress! TV in the workout room makes a huge difference! (Otherwise it's a completely sealed off room, no windows. Running against the wind is one thing, running against the wall, not so much fun.) Hope it's a good week for everyone else too!

" L " on the forehead for me. Up 2 lbs. Three weddings this month has not helped. I'm determined to not fail. It helps to get on here and confess when bad and read the success stories for inspiration. I hope for a better report next week.

The laziness and frosty cold ones have finally caught up to me. up 3# this week. Going to the gym tonight!!!! Dang it!!

Another 1# down this week to 229 (although it might be 228, the scale it tough to use). Still going in the right direction! ;)
 
-1.5 for me - but I've noticed my eating habits are starting to deterioriate again (nighttime snacking, etc), so I owe it all to increasing my workouts... here's hoping I can get the food back on track and keep losing weight!

Oh, and I'm now fitting into two pairs of pants that I couldn't wear a month ago. Yay! :)
 
Finally, this is like the first # I've lost in 3 months - it's been very frustrating, which has led to even worse eating, and the cycle continues. At least it's been 1/3 of a year, though, and I haven't gained any weight. I'm still 10# less than I was in May, and my wetsuit isn't too tight anymore, so that's good.
I'm going to give the core plan a try this week and see if it doesn't help things out.
 
OK ... missed last week but I am down 1.5# from 2 weeks ago. Now at 193#.

Bit late in reporting but I did weigh myself on Tuesday - am down 1lb for the week to 168lbs. Only four left to go!!!
