Down -1.4# this week. I was really needing 2.2 to hit a mini goal but I suppose all those salty pickles took their toll this week!

I hate to be the one to mess up this losing streak, but I had a gain :frown: But, I just had to celebrate my new job and I guess I got a bit carried away.

I have learned something from this past week though, and by tracking it I am positive. Every single time I have even one drink of alcohol, no matter what kind I have a slight weight gain.

I am up 1.4lbs so I am still battling to get to my first mini goal, I am only 2lbs away from my 10% goal. That unfortunately has taken me too long to get to as well. But, I did take a break in my diet plan for about four months so that set me back.

I am not in a really big hurry to lose all of the weight to get to my goal, but I don't want it too long either.

I am going to make a more concentrated effort this coming week to journal in my WW journal and to get in exercise atleast 3 days. I will then increase my exercise goals next.
Maybe that will help since I have been sporatic with that.
 
OOOPs I just posted in last weeks thread. No gain or loss. Still trying to budge those last few pounds.
