Good Morning!

Time for you Tues people to check with with your losses. Can't wait hear about it and add to our growing diver.

If someone is more creative than I am please let me know what we "call or have our "losses" be. I hate to call them a diver.

Good Luck
Becky

OK, I'm at 265. That's 2 pounds since last week and a total of 12 since we started. :crafty: Doing the happy dance!

On the down side. I looks like the CWA is going out on strike against SBC and I'll be spending more time than usual around the house, with a greater chance of eating too much in my misery....

-1 for me.

I want to know why the first 20 were so easy, and now I'm fighting for every half a pound...

Check me in for another -1....I'm down to 248.5

Congrats on the good work you two

Well, not the same scale, but I believe that I'm -2 for the week. (I'll know for sure tomorrow on the official WW scale.)

This is very true! I'm now getting close to my goal weight which is "officially" 205, but I'm actually shooting for about 200. For those who've just started, you might want to see the progress that I've made since March 2003.

Believe me, my wife is both pleased with and envious of my progress.

Keep it up everyone. I've got a couple of more days until weigh in and am kind of stuck at 197 on my home scales or 207 on work scales. I'm shooting for 205 on weigh-in day. I can vouch for the resistance of the weight coming off. I'm 35 yrs old now, but 10-12 years ago I could drop weight like it was going out of style. But, I'm thinking most of it used to be water weight. Now its true fat and it is coming off SLOWLY (but actually at the rate recommended of 1-2 #'s/wk). I actually started my weight loss efforts a couple of months ago and am down 17 pounds from where I started. My ultimate goal is about 185#'s on my home scale or between 190-195#'s actual weight. So, 12 or so more to go. Depends on the mirror and how the clothes fit. I can't wait to get there. Hope I don't blow it in Coz. Maybe the seafood and diving will save me. Take care, see you at the scales on Thursday. Greg

Down another 1.5 pounds for a total of 6! I actually started a month before and am down 9 against that timeframe. It is coming off slowly but I'm hoping that will make it easier to keep off. Currently at 200# and am looking forward to dropping below that mark.
