Time for our Tues divers to weigh-in.

Okay, this is my first post on this....... 218#, down from 261# in Feb.

So that is another good chunk added to "our" loss total, well done.

Forget this part - As for me, unofficial weigh in last night was about 225#, which is a total of 15# over this whole period and 2 down from the last few weeks of stalemate - i do still need to get exercising more though.

Official weigh in - I went back to the Y scale last night and was 227 again, so 0#, however they have moved the scale again, but this seems a reasonable weight given how much exercise i have done lately - i will continue to work with this scale. ;)
 
still at 150 .. no change from last week. i guess its better than a gain

at this rate, i'm going to have a very tough time of reaching my goal - 137 by mid august ... but i'll just have to triple my efforts.
 
Still 175.5. NGNL. No exercise either except for diving so I can't pout too much.

I had a great WI today. I lost 7#. After gaining the last two weeks I went back through my journal and spotted the problem in my food choices. Went back to basics and balanced meals and not only lost what I'd gain but an additional 3#. I'm now back on track with an average of 2.2# loss per week.

total loss - 69.8#
 
Very nice Tuesday weighers. It looks like everyone has gotten it back together. Dee, U Da Woman, nice loss. I've worked out 2 or 3 times since last Thursday and have eaten better. I'm not sure if I'll be down to my pre-Coz weight but I'll be darn close. Keep it up folks. At this rate we'll be thin soon. Take care all, Greg
 
I checked in at 242 this mornig....down a pound from last week
 
I'm still at 216. That's 3 weeks and no change up or down. It is fairly obvious that if I ever hope to reach 200, I'll have to start eating smart or step up to a significant and sustained exercise program. I hate commitment. So, I think I'll procrastinate a little longer.
