Down to 178. I had thought that a business trip to England would crucify my diet with all that socialising in the bars, fish and chips etc etc. However, I came back without gaining any weight - my metabolism must be improving. Two days back into swimming 80 minutes in the morning and eating plenty of watermelon to ravish that thirst has seen me drop to my lowest weight for years. I am on target for 164 by year end and to increase muscle in time for my sojourn over the Andes in January/February.
