If you get a D2000 and keep the S2000 you could put the latter in slave mode however inon doesn't recommend that. Besides the cable to connect them is expensive and because of how the slave connects you need the specific inon hardware
Might want to sell the s2000 and get two d2000 or even better z240

The difference between the d2000 and z240 is only $100 the Z240comes with diffusers and the D 2000 does not you have to buy them so when all is said and done, the z240 is a better buy.
