I found this will diving off Isla Angel de la Guarda, in the Sea of Cortez last week. I asked the boat crew but no one was sure what it was. The best guess was some type of Mantis Shrimp, based on the eyes. Can anyone here provide a more definitive answer?

DEFINITELY some type of Mantis Shrimp.

ID based on the eyes. :)
