well my mom was certified about 20 years ago, and hasent been in the water in about 12 years. She is about to take a trip to the southern Bahamas islands. She was hoping to take a brush up coarse, is there such a thing? she would be with a guide when she goes there and dives.

thanks

Some dive shops offer dormant divers refreshers. Some are free and some charge a small fee.

The refresher Dive-Depot offeres consists of You going out with a class as a visitor and they'll help you out a bit here and there with questions you may have. Mostly refreshing by watching the instructor teach the students.
