e. Mask and fins: Mask is low-volume; fins are rigid, non-split.

Directly from the GUE standards and procedures. Which means basically anything but splits? I was hoping for some secret society thing.

Jets sizing is just weird. With size 7 low profile Fusion boots, I could only get my boots halfway into the medium Jets. Had to go to the large.[…]

Sounds like you need the size large Jets.
