Tropical Storm Nina (Hagupit)

I arrive on the 19th, then fly out the next day to Bohol for a day's diving...

Looks like Nina is out of the way but the Visayas are still getting pounded. Now I'm watching this Disturbance over the Carolina Islands, hopefully it doesn't build. I fly out Saturday arriving Sunday night. Should I bring a rain coat?

What's this about a rain dance? Is that to stop the rain, bring the rain, or just an excuse to go out and dance in it?
