I was just helping a friend set up housing for 10 divers but apparently the power just came back on to their original rental house. Somewhere by Uvas, so maybe all the way down its back?

@Venom , my friend near Secrets got water and power back late last night (which is in line with @cvchief's post) My friend still has very poor cell service and no internet, but Secrets might have a different internet setup. I am guessing some cell tower must be down south of town. Another friend had very poor cell service at Marina Cozumel/Fonatur yesterday (though mine wasn't bad).
