Can anyone confirm this is a triple fin of sorts, the blue coloration is a bit weird and not in my books for Indo-Pacific region

If you follow this link - Fish Identification you will see several Triplefin species with similar blue markings round the mouth. It seems to be a poorly described genus as they have lots of other species listed without photos so this will be a very difficult one to pin down I suspect. Good luck!

The follow up is bang on for Helcogramma steinitzi from what I can see. I have also checked some of my books by Randall and it fits.
