Wow the 'synchronized' dolphin jump at 4:48 was crazy cool for you to capture !! And the huge school of hammers would be worth the big $$ cost alone. Thanks for the Great video !

Lots of schooling hammerhead footages. 👍

I’ve been there twice in July. Saw not too many hammerheads there then. I guess the water temperatures in July were warmer than that of in February?

What were the water temperatures when you were there?

Thanks for taking a look at the video! It was a gamble but I was lucky with calm seas and sunny skies. Yes my target was to see the schools in shallow water and I managed. Missed the Ferox shark but other people saw it.

If you go between December and March, the thermocline will be shallower (in my trip could reach 10 meters) and the hammers will be shallower. That' s why I went in February. But if you are unlucky you might find green (or even red) water, huge waves in these months. The guides were saying that sometimes they cannot even moor the boat or dives are possible in a single dive site or even a small area of it. For temperatures, under the thermocline it felt cold, I think down to 18 degrees C, I still have to check my computer.

What you do not see in the video is the tiger sharks, which are easy to see there these days. I have seen two, one below me during a negative entry. Also, as we were on the surface to see the dolphins, I found myself a bit far from the group and I realised a Marlin was checking on me! That was top.
