Trip cancellation insurance recommendations for Bali/Wakatobi?

Thanks, all. My specific concern at this point is trip cancellation, not trip interruption. If Mount Agung has a major eruption that cancels flights for a week, or if there's an earthquake/tsunami, I'd like to be able to recoup the trip costs that I can't recover, and fees for things like redepositing airline points. And yeah, this is a first-world problem compared to the suffering that any of those kinds of events would cause on the ground.
