I've used the sea arms with the 110a and the 110, it works fine in water, but you really have to tighten down to get the arms to not flop around on land. Obviously, in water use is the more important. Assuming the ball on the inon is the same size, it will work as well, but I don't think I've ever used an inon strobe on a sea arm setup. My personal preference between the Z240 and 110a is the inon because I like the Z240's manual controls better.
 
The arm system works fine with the strobes you are describing. The only drawback is that they are relatively short which increases backscatter and reduces your opportunities for creative lighting such as backlighting. Because there is only limited motion of the strobe head on the arm, there are some positions that you cannot put the strobe in. That being said, they are terrific arms, -- strong, light-weight, and adjustable, albeit they are not that much less expensive than the ULCS arms
