I've managed to lug a good amount of dive gear in two large pelican air cases, but I really like your way of linking up all the spinner luggage...

Problem with your exposed wheel train luggage, is that those wheels break easy. I don't see the need to carry more than 5 regulators unless you're diving below 13 Ata. If the dive operator has Trimix then they certainly have Al80s for hire. How much excess baggage did you pay?
