I have to agree with Debby we've been going to St Croix for 20+ years and have yet to have any issues with any of the shops there. We usually use Cane Bay. The way I describe St Croix is that it does not have the best diving of any one type; but you can do it all except ice and altitude; usually on the same day.
Traveling to USVI mid June 2012 and in need of information, lots of it. :)
