Traveling to Ormoc

Could anybody tell me how to get to Ormoc? A couple of us will be going there out of Manila and one of us in the group will be coming from Cebu.
Is there a boat/ferry going from Manila to Ormoc (or in the near area)?
Is there a boat/ferry going from Cebu to Ormoc?

Options:

1. Fly to Cebu city and take a 2 hour fast-craft ferry to Ormoc.
2. Fly to Tacloban city and take an 2 hour overland journey

there should be ferries from cebu to ormoc, if not ormoc then tacloban at the very least

By the way, I'm not aware of any passenger ferries that go direct from Manila to Ormoc.

bk, did you ask this before? not sure if it was you or not. I've done the Manila -> Cebu plane, Cebu -> Ormoc ferry. If I recall correctly, it cost P550 one way on the supercat and took 4 hours (or was it 2 hours?...). Search on my previous post for a more detailed answer (I posted about it last year, don't remember it too much now sorry)
