Seas averaged 4-5 ft, but everybody onboard was seasoned and handled it well. I forget the name of the site, but it was a just little south of Hillsboro Inlet. 50 ft. on top and sloped to 100 ft. on the back side. Skip across just a little sand and you get more mountains. Very pretty diving. We got caught in some sort of eddy, however. In one dive, the current went northeast (hence us ending up in 100 plus ft. of water, east, southeast, then finally north. We covered the same part of the site a couple of times because the conflicted current was just enough that you didn't want to fight it. Visibility was good and hopefully we get better conditions with current next time. There will be a next time. Capt. Jerry was fun and a great driver in those seas.

I'm a Parrot Island fan. I have gone out with Jerry hundreds of times.
