While doing my OW certification dives we went to 30 ft.
Everything was fine, but after a few hours of completing the dive I felt exhausted and for a couple of days i've felt this sharp pain moving around my body. Pain in one of my fingers (randomly) for a few seconds, then total comfort for a few seconds, then pain again in a leg or toe.

Is this somehow DCS reated?

Now I've done my second dive, again 30 ft, and i feel the same way, but the pain is not as bad as before.

It's been a couple of days now, and it's going away completely.

Does anyone have an idea why I get this and what should I do?

What you describe is an everyday occurance at my age.
I would suggest that you see your doc or contact DAN to receive proper medical advice.

I think daylighs advise is ok.

Symptoms/signs are DCS alike. Fatigue, pain in the joints, occurance few hours after the dive. You should be very careful then!!

I would not expect DCS on dives to 30 feet (10 m). I am not familiar if this holds when there are special causes like patent foramen ovale (shunt between the heart chambers), rocket ascents, etc. One of the doctors :doctor: should know this...

Occurance of symptoms/signs a few hours after the dive indicates it isn't overpressure injuries, because these symptoms/signs are more acute.

Diving makes you tired generally :snooze: (though I usually experience it after multiple dives deeper than 30 ft). How is your general condition?

Other factors I can think of are
- cold water (gives me tingling/pain in my fingers/feet, not for days though)
- tight dive suit preventing blood flow to the head and limbs
- quality of the pressurized air (carbon monoxide makes you tired I think, other symptoms: read lips, nailbeds and headace)

BTW: I am not a doctor. This is not medical advise, just my humble oppinion.

Right now i feel fine, and can't feel that pain anymore, it has completely gone away.

Water was perfect, i didn't rocket up, and everything went fine during and after the dive.

I don't have any major health problems, except some minor back ache.

Well, i guess next time i feel this funny pain i'm going to see the doc while it's still on. :) at least if it would hurt at one place...:)
