Software engineer from Shearwater finally replied to our emails on October 15th asked for a copy of both my wife's database & mine. Both were sent by October 17th. Haven't heard anything from anyone since the 17th. We sent another email to Shearwater on 22nd asking for an update on what's happening with the issue. Here we are on October 26th, still no reply!
This is bad customer service!! If I wanted this bad of customer service, I would have bought another Suunto computer!
Come on Shearwater, this isn't the right way to treat your customers!!
