I have just brought a secondhand trans pac 2 with a sport wings 2 wing (dual bladder).
I cant find any info on this wing and was just woundering if anyone knows how much lift it has. The guy i brought it off said it had 65lbs (30 kgs) of lift. My scubapro had 15kgs of lift and it took me 3-4 full breaths to inflate. The sportwings takes 4-5. So i would guesstimate it has upto 20kgs of lift. Anyone know for sure?
Also is the waist strap suposed to thread thru the wing? It wasn't when i got it but looks like it could/should.
It also has 2 pockets mounted on the waistband. These have velcro tops and plastic clips holding the bottom closed. I asume these are for weights. Are they ditchable weight pockets or non ditchable. ( you can not remove the pocket itself without untreading waistband)
And finally ( for now) what other brands of wings can be fitted to the transpac. Will Halcyon or OMS fit for example?

Good guess.

This website says the Sport Wing II has 20kgs of lift

...I don't know about using other brands of wing because I've never tried them.

I've looked at the TransPac II before but didn't know if my Oxycheq wing would work with the TransPac II.

I'd put them on the waist strap or tank band depending on what size of weight you have and what position you need for trim.

Personally I don't use any trim weights on the Transpac itself. I keep all my weight in my DUI Weight and Trim. That said balancing your ditchable vs fixed weight seems like a good idea to me.
