Found at Tramp Harbor Fishing Pier:
Oral-inflation orange safety sausage, says "Diver Below"; attached to
about 30 feet of 1/8 inch line.
What a nice little dive this; saw lots of small life in the kelp.
I wish my wife and I had discovered
it when we were freshly certified and looking for this kind of site.
