I'm going to have to read into this further, but I've already considered the Wild Card: CUBA.

Cuba opening up to US tourism is inevitable ... and "poof!" the cruise ships will all add it as a port and drop someone (guess who?). It will also affect air too, sure. Question is if it will be as much (particularly if the same tourist segment). Either way, a mere pier won't change this outside disrupter...it will be a paper bag in a hurricane.
