I am gona dive at Malapascua in the last week of March 2018. Now I am considering to travel to Moalboal for the sardine run before leaving Philippines.

If I want to travel from Malapascua to Moalboat on Good Friday (30 March), how many hours if I choose to take private taxi? will the traffic be very bad on that day?
