Trader rating not showing correctly

I have a trader rating of 4, but I have 5 positive feedbacks. Only the last 4 of them are showing up. the most recent feedback isn't showing up. Does it take a few days for trader ratings to update. I have the PM telling me I have received new feedback from yesterday, but when I look at my ratings it isn't there ??

Sometimes the trader rating will flag a feedback as possible abuse (usually it's the same IP as another comment). I will see what we can do for you.
