I got a tovatec fusion 1000 light and used it on 5 dives night dives in a row (I might have brought it down on a day dive, but found out it was useless for video and barely used it). There seem to have been hazing build up inside the lens, with a few unhazed square patterns that might be 2mm on each side. It stayed there for at least 3 weeks and disappeared. Is there some humidity inside the sealed head, or some cleaning process of the lens that caused it to attract whatever that was in the sealed air, or have the ocean's water permeated through the seal enough to cause the humidity inside the head to increase?
I won't be using it for night dives until a while from now, so I can't go out and test it again.
