I am looking for the toughest dive gloves. I have already started shred my Aqualung 5mm Thermocline Kevlar Gloves
I am at the bottom metal detecting move a lot of rock and other items covered with zebra mussels.
So far i have been repairing them with some neoprene glue

I think these gloves might be exactly what you are looking for, Tough and warm.

I just ordered a pair of California gloves in 5 mil from Dano (Mako Spearguns). I'll probably get them next week.
We are really hard on gloves urchin diving and my buddy who won a pair of Dano's gloves in a raffle swears by them.

Northern Diver (UK based) makes some awesome relatively inexpensive gloves and offer reinforced / kevlar options but shipping can be expensive to the US.

If someone's in the US I honestly don't know how they could get anything better and cheaper than Mako. I looked around, I even patiently waited for my LDS to stock something but they never did. I finally gave up because my hands are freezing (I had 48 degrees on my BT last Sunday) so ordered from Mako. You're not going to find a better deal, I've done my research.
Honestly, I don't even really care about the price, I just need good gloves and these are it.
My crappy three mil gloves full of aquasealed holes aren't cutting it anymore.

California Kevlar Dive Gloves, these look solid with glues over the stitching.
my glove are failing apart at the stitched seams repaired by gluing the seams
