Yes - I too had a really good customer experience with Olympus. I had the C5050 (recalled LCD). I sent it off to the New York office since California's office was really busy. I couldn't get an update on the web with my service number so I just waited a few days. They did a normal list of check-out procedures after replacing the LCD and had it back to me within 8 days of me putting it into the mail in Alaska. Wow! I like their service.
 
Yoda....did they say what the fuzzy spot was? Glad they fixed it but curious what caused it.
 
The website said nothing so I called and I spoke with someone in New York that just read the repairs off the computer screen - I may never know.
