I was going to write a treatise on the relevant law. Then I decided it was way too complicated. Instead, my comment is that there is a lot of good information on this forum as to what the law actually is, what it means and how it is applied. There is even more information that is just plain wrong or so limited as not to matter.

BTW: For those who like lawyer jokes, you should hear some of the client jokes that lawyers tell. Unfortunately, they are only told among lawyers.
 
That question is an irrelevant distraction. You assert a position. I am asking you to find specific facts to back up that position. You will not. I would assert this is because you cannot.
