First off, does Aqualung still make the Titan LX regulator? I don't see it on their website.

Second and more importantly for me, can you dive using Nitrox with the Titan LX or LX Supreme regulator?

Aqualung still offers the Titan regulator, but not the Titan LX. The Core is taking the place of Titan reg.

Yes, you can use a new Titan LX and LX Supreme with nitrox, up to 40%.

I believe that any difference between the Core and the Titan is the second stage in the package. The Titan I believe uses an unbalanced second stage and the Core uses a balenced second stage. The Supreme designation comes from the 1st stage having the Environmental seal on it making it suitable for cold water diving.

The Titan LX second stages were pneumatically balanced. The second stage on the new Titan reg is, as claymore stated, not balanced.
