tips for tight wetsuit?

I have a 7mm one piece suit that fits comfortably except it is tight in the shoulders and arms, any tips on getting it on easier?

try putting baby powder in the suite before putting in on .

I asked this a while back. Since then I have been using a spray bottle of 50%water and 50% cheap hair conditioner. I spray my forearms and the suit slides on nicely all the way to the shoulder.

Works for me. It's commonly known as "suit snot".
