Tips and tricks in catching bugs

Hey everyone...

Just wanted to know if there were any secrets in catching lobsters
Ive never done it myself and I was just wondering if there is a skill to catching them or do you just grab them any which way?

How do you prevent being bitten (or clawed)

Please post your technique as Im very curious
