Tipping at the Tank Drive Thru?

We leave on Saturday. YAY! We intend to shore dive only. I've searched the forum for tipping but can't find anything about the tank handlers.

Do folks tip, not tip? How much?

You will provide one tip at the end of your week to the entire dive operation at Buddy Dive, and they distribute that to everybody, including drive-thru guys. I'm there now (and next week) if you have more questions.
