double 72s. I hated them -- they took a ton of weight to sink
Steel D7 is a good choice for recreational dives for ladies as well as steel D8.5 for guys.
Being empty they are 11.5 kg (25.5 lbs) (8.3 kg for D8.5) lighter out of the water than steel D12, but have simillar negative buoyancy as steel D12 in the water - with bands and manifold they are all around -4.4 kg (-9.7 lbs).
