Alan and I would like to give away (FREE) our time share in Mexico. It is located in the Rivera Maya area south of Cancun. Please check out the link below to the resort. We own one week, red season, 1 BR unit. We have an additional floating week available to use if a second vacation week is desired or you wish to upgrade to a 2 BR unit. The annual maintenance fee is $576.00/year, subject to no more than a 5% increase/year. Once every 5 years, a second fee is collected to do resort renovations and upgrades. This fee is due this year (2009) and will be paid by us for anyone who wants to assume ownership of the timeshare. Maintenance fee for 2010 is due in Feb.

You also have the option of joining an exchange company such as RCI or SFX. These companies will assist you with exchanging your week for another week at a participating resort anywhere in the world.
