OK bad news, up 4 lbs. Not enough water or exercise.
 
Still trying to get back into it, gained a pound this week, although i did get back into exercise, so that could be muscle gain (hopefully) prior to fat loss. Really trying to get near that scale, so much of my exercise isnt at the Y where the scale is. Now 231#, still 19 down from the start, but 6 up from where i left off before all the other stuff was happening and i stopped get to the gym.
