I hope it's okay for me to start this thread! I might not get another chance to post later. I have lost another 1.5 lbs for a total of 14.5. Hope to keep the slow and steady loss going, so it will be fat loss and not muscle. Thanks to everyone for all their support!

I know it's discouraging, Frank, but one thing that struck me was that you didn't avoid posting here on the support site. That's a good sign that you're going to get right back on the program. When I blow my diet, I usually avoid everything good for me, such as exercise, support, etc. You can do it- just start back tomorrow. If you can make it through the weekend, you will have accomplished something big!

Thanks. I actually haven't been eating that much this week and I've been working out like a fiend. I've just been feeling under the weather and kinda' bloated, so maybe I'm retaining water :) Anyway, at my current size, 3.4 pounds is a 1% swing in weight, so it's a pothole on the road to a skinnier me anyway. Just wanted to let you know that I appreciate the encouragement and I wasn't feeling crappy about my weigh-in, just feeling crappy all over :)

Yesterday was a banner day for me for making a butthole out of myself by not explaining myself very well all day long... It's the encouragement that we give one another here that keeps me coming back for more :)

Weighed myself yesterday, Couldn't get on line till today, And Drum roll for me!!!! I am down 1 Lb. My huge problem is Late night snacking.I have been trying not to eat any junk food after 8:00 pm est. This week anyhow its has helped,Till next week everyone,Have a great weekend! Turtle Gal
 
Up #1 for me, back to 245. which isn't bad, considering I was on the road for work all week and couldn't plan much. Airplane food, hotel food, dinners with consultants....

BUT, I did my research, found a lap pool in the city I was in, and went for two workouts and one long walk during the week. So I didn't totally collapse.
