I am down 1 pound to 177lbs. This feels like slow process now as it is up and down. The first 30 pounds seem to fly off but these last 13 pounds to go seem to be taking forever. Is it because they are older and know how to avoid being caught or that they are a different type of fat cell? :) My target is 164lbs - I guess I will just keep on doing what I am doing and see if it gets nearer.
 
Possibly up 1# again this week, with running around moving house, sweating it out at work with no AC and having less food i thought i would have lost some - try again next week, this weekend for diving!! ;)

When did we start this challenge, around the first of April, right? According to my WW thingy, I've lost 31.3# since then.

Up 6.4# - stupid vacation :) I don't eat all day when I go out on a dive boat and then I come home and ravage the fridge... I did take my bike and I did run, but the ocean didn't look friendly enough to go swimming in. Oh well, I'm not too far off the mark to be sub 300 by Thanksgiving...

I know the support has helped me.....Amazing it's only been since April

Since that time I have also shaved :30 off my time for the 400 than it was when I did my DM swim 2 years ago. I'd ace a 6 for sure now! :-) During last night's workout, I did a set of 2 X 400 and 1 X 800 and all 400 time and splits were below 6:00, two years ago best I could do was about 6:10 or so for 1 X 400
