It is Thurs - so that means time of Thurs divers to weigh-in.

I have crept up to 181#. I guess no swimming for two days and wining and dining a date last night and celebrating someone's birthday on Tuesday didn't help but I did go body boarding yesterday evening - trying to catch the big waves that weren't sent by Alex!!! So back to working out this evening and swimming in the morning should lead into a nice fun filled weekend of diving and kayaking.
 
Back to where I was 2 weeks ago, down 5.4# from last week - bad conditions for weigh-in day last week, so it's not as miraculous as it seems :)

still maintaing my goal weight, but lost another inch around my waist now into size 28" pants. the unfortunate part is I had to go into the teen department to find some shorts that would fit, and the clerks were looking at me very strangely

Sorry to be a day late posting. As of yesterday I was down 1#.

Not much, but at least it's something! And I can now wear a pair of pants that I haven't been able to fit into in over a year!
 
Down 1.5 lbs. But, that is only a start to get me back where I was before I went on my trip to Roatan. I don't know how I could have gained with the diving we did, but during the week July 16 - 24th I gained 6 lbs. So I am still up by 5 lbs.
 
Natasha is away from the board for a few day and asked me to post for her.

She lost 3#
 
Way to go everyone! Slow and steady with the longterm results in mind. I'll be on vacation next week, so I'll check back in 2 weeks from now. Keep it up!
