yeah, I have no clue how/why, but -5 from last week... Maybe I misweighed last week, that's not like me. Good though

week, weight, loss/gain, total loss since April 8, 04
1. 242
2. 239, 3, 35
3. 238.5, .5, 35.5
4. 241, +2.5, 33
5. 236, -5, 38

202# today, down 4# from last week.

i'm guessing the oscillations the past two weeks were due to eating too many carb-rich foods and retaining water...

i'm getting close to seeing that most significant digit change, which will be nice to see...

Hi, my friends. I did weigh in for Tuesday and I am down 1/2 lb. Steady but slow that is me. LOL.

I had monthly appt. with my Dr. for my weight management and I am down 4.1lbs since my last visit! She praised me for improvement and said stick with the South Beach diet because that is the best for me with my thyroid problems. She also checks lean muscle mass and I have more this month, the walking and interval training is working. I do some interval hand weights along with a walking program, alternated with a walk/jog interval.

Keep up the good work all, I am hanging in there with you!

If I can just keep this up I'll be at my goal before I know it. I stopped and realized I've been at this for about three months now and I started at 255. I'm already getting back into clothes I couldn't wear 2 years ago! All I can say is YEE HA - you all keep up the good work to! Roger
