Wing lift is probably much larger than what you need for single tank (assume you are diving singles when you say recreational).

How about getting a standard BP/Wing system?

It should work fine for diving in clear warm water, but just about any BC will work in those conditions. If it were me, I would spend a little more money and get a back plate and wing. You get what you pay for.

That looks really good. It looks like an older model Aqua Lung that I had. One thing to investigate: how is the tank held on? Some of those plastic backpacks would hold a 7 1/4 inch diameter tank only. No 7 or 8 inch diameter would fit. If you try it and don't like it, can you send it back?

im buying it at scuba.com but i have seen it in real life and it was nice and held double 72s with the adaptor, and single 80 no problem

I will be a little more inflation than you will need, but would not be bad if you were to dive heavier steel tanks.
