Building my BP/W now and found a used Dive Rite Rec wing 40. It is clearly a horseshoe and I am more interested in donut style but its a great deal.

I am a big guy 6"3" 285. Really looking for 30-35lbs of lift. Current hybrid is 40lbs. Just a great deal...

Diving single-tank? Wetsuit or rash-guard?
If so, then I'd say pass. 1) larger than necessary, 2) tendency to trap air, 3) conducive to seahorse trim.

Generally speaking warm water single tank in ideally a rash guard and trunks. Occasionally a 3mm wetsuit if necessary. With yall's advice I am going to pass and stick with the plan.
