In this workshop, you will learn simple yoga practices you can do on land to improve your diving. Heres whats in it for you:
- Improve your balance and stability
- Build core strength to protect your back when carrying tanks and weight on your back
- Build abdominal strength necessary to twist and maneuver under water
- Strengthen your legs and hips for those fun walks down to the water in full gear
- Strengthen hips and legs to improve your finning
- Increase hip flexibility to improve your frog kicks
- Learn pre-dive stretches you can do on the boat
- Learn post-dive stretch routines to relax your muscles after a long day of diving
- Increase your lung capacity with deep breathing exercises
- Learn to breathe calmly and steadily during physical exertion
- Learn visualization techniques to relax yourself before a difficult dive
