Aren't the Polar's brewed in Miami now, while the Polarcita's come over from Venezuela?
Wouldn't the Polar's from the US still be brewed?

I tried the US-brewed Polar a couple of years ago and didn't like the taste at all. Last time I checked the US version was sold on Bonaire in 7 oz. bottles vs. 8 oz. bottles for Polarcita. Less taste + less beer = no go for me.

Completely agreed. Most of the Polar's on Bonaire seemed to be the American version though last summer. We found the (dusty) Polarcita crates at whatever Culti Mara is called now, and quickly took them in our possession.

Brewed in Florida? So much for the novelty of drinking a Venezuelan beer. No thanks.
