I saw this little guy while my wife and I were diving Casino Point earlier today, in about 25' of water a little inshore from the Cousteau plaque. We were hoping it might be some kind of sculpin or rockfish we hadn't seen before, but after consulting our fish ID books, we're now thinking it's a scorp that just happened to be red at the moment we saw it. Anyone here agree or disagree?

Thanks for your help.
